Unused Barber Scissors
These exist within the GENRL sound archive (Bank 60 & 61), but are unused. Presumably to be used when Carl gets a haircut, but only the electric razor is heard in the final version.

The price is right name tags template. These are found within GENRL and are not used within the final game at all. They do not have a defined vehicle attached to them.

Tram
It was either intended to ride or drive the Tram in San Fierro, as the police radio has a section line pertaining to CJ being in one. Found in Bank 006, SCRIPT archive. Included below is a mockup sound file of what it could sound like in-game.
